These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of simseekr.com and all services provided by Simseekr ("we," "us," "our"), including the sale of prepaid eSIM products. By using our website or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using our website and services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. It's worth checking back periodically — continuing to use Simseekr after any changes means you accept the updated

Our Services

Simseekr provides prepaid eSIM products giving you access to mobile data across a wide range of countries and regions. Plans include fixed data packages and unlimited options, which may be subject to daily high-speed data allowances and fair usage limits. Speeds, coverage, and data thresholds vary by country and network. Please review your chosen plan carefully before purchasing — Simseekr cannot guarantee specific speeds, coverage levels, or data availability at any given time or location.

Our Role as a Reseller

Simseekr operates as a digital reseller of prepaid eSIM products. All eSIM services — including provisioning, activation, and connectivity — are delivered through licensed third-party telecommunications providers via API integrations.
Simseekr does not own or operate any telecommunications network. Network availability, speed, and performance are determined entirely by these third-party providers. By purchasing through Simseekr, you acknowledge that all services depend on third-party infrastructure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simseekr accepts no liability for any service failure, interruption, or degradation caused by third-party networks or providers.

Account Registration

Some features require an account. When registering, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information including your full name, valid email address, and billing details. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and for all activity carried out under your account. Simseekr reserves the right to suspend or close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.

Service Limitations

Simseekr will make every reasonable effort to provide reliable access to eSIM services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service in all locations at all times. Service quality may be affected by device compatibility, local network conditions, regulatory restrictions, and third-party provider performance — none of which are within Simseekr's control.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Simseekr's services lawfully and responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or termination without refund:

• Fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive activity of any kind
• Reselling or commercially redistributing the service without Simseekr's written authorisation
• Network abuse, traffic manipulation, or misuse
• Any activity that disrupts or degrades telecommunications networks

Simseekr reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred.

Device Compatibility

You are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM technology, is network-unlocked, and is compatible with your chosen plan before purchasing. Simseekr is not liable for any incompatibility between your device and the purchased eSIM. Any compatibility guidance provided on our website is for reference only and does not constitute a warranty.

Purchasing, Delivery and Activation
A) Account Registration

Registration requires accurate personal and billing information. By registering, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

B) Purchasing a Plan

Plans can be purchased through our platform using Visa or Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely via third-party payment providers. Prices shown are final at the point of purchase. Simseekr reserves the right to update pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.

C) Delivery and Activation

Once payment is confirmed, your eSIM QR code and setup instructions will be sent to your registered email address and made available in your account dashboard. Activation requires scanning the QR code on a compatible, unlocked device. Refunds will not be issued for failed activation resulting from device incompatibility, carrier lock, or customer error.

Pricing and Refunds
A) Pricing

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We recommend double-checking your selected plan before completing your purchase. Prices confirmed at checkout are binding for that transaction.

B) Refund Policy

Because eSIM products are digital and fulfilled immediately, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for:

• Devices that do not support eSIM
• Carrier-locked devices
• Incorrect plan selection by the customer
• Change of mind

Refunds may be considered at Simseekr's discretion in the following circumstances only:

• The eSIM was not delivered due to a system error on our side
• The QR code is confirmed invalid or unusable
• A verified technical fault on Simseekr's part prevents activation
• The wrong plan was delivered by Simseekr

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@simseekr.com within 14 days of purchase. Requests outside this window will not be considered.

Fair Usage Policy

Unlimited plans are subject to fair usage policies set by underlying network operators. Once your high-speed data allowance is reached, speeds may be reduced for the remainder of that usage period. High-speed allowances may reset every 24 hours. These thresholds are set by third-party operators and are outside Simseekr's control.

The service must not be used for automated data consumption, commercial reselling, or any activity placing excessive demand on network resources. Simseekr reserves the right to suspend or restrict service upon detection of abnormal usage, without notice or refund.

Fraud Prevention

Simseekr monitors transactions for fraudulent activity and reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts where fraud is suspected.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Simseekr support will result in immediate account suspension, termination of active services, and a permanent block on future purchases. Full transaction evidence will be provided to the relevant payment processor in any dispute. Customers found to have submitted false claims or obtained services fraudulently may be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.

Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal

Prepaid eSIM services are digital products delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• Delivery occurs immediately upon purchase confirmation
• You consent to immediate fulfilment of the service
• You waive any applicable statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation

Once your eSIM QR code, activation details, or setup instructions have been delivered, the order is considered fully fulfilled and no right of withdrawal applies.

Liability and Disclaimer

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simseekr excludes all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Simseekr's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question. Simseekr is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions caused by third-party networks — whether or not such loss was foreseeable.

Intellectual Property

All content on simseekr.com — including design, text, graphics, software, logos, and trademarks — belongs to Simseekr or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

Privacy

Personal data collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Simseekr, you consent to this processing. We may share data with third-party providers where necessary to deliver services, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Simseekr operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
